Quality Assurance Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for all aspects on QA at up fitters, across components, assembly and finished vehicle inspections.
  • Report to Aftersales, however dotted line to Purchasing/Logistics.
  • Perform visual inspections of all in bound goods.
  • Ensure up fitter is apply correct components to correct VINS – matching battery serial numbers etc.
  • Provide in build inspections and reports.
  • Document final component serial numbers by VIN for Aftersales support and recall management.
  • Oversee up fitters final commission, test drives and inspection.
  • Perform final PDI, including branding, documentation, end of line testing, shipment etc.
  • Eyes and ears at each up fitter and should be available to travel to new up fitters to train and provide similar services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
